Our free home repair services are available in Caroline County, Maryland, to low-income elderly or disabled individuals or families with children who own and live in homes requiring necessary but unaffordable repairs or improvements. Affiliate volunteers assist each client in determining that financial need requirements are met and in determining the structural needs of the dwelling. If, in the screening process, it is determined that the applicant’s financial situation does not qualify for the free Rebuilding Together service, the applicant will be referred to other agencies – government and private – where financial assistance to accomplish the necessary work may be available.
